議論や分析ばかりでは・・・

ブログに寄り道して頂き　ありがとうございます。

まだ経験していない、未知数な事に取り組もうと

するとき、皆さんはどうされていますか・・

ＰＬＡＮ（計画）段階で議論、分析して

ＤＯ（行動）に移ります・・

しかし、中々ＰＬＡＮ段階で進まない事が

多くありませんか？

即断、即決、即実行とできるところは

慎重の上にも慎重にや石橋を叩いて渡る

ところとどこが違うのでしょうか・・

両方に長所、欠点はありますが、議論だけで

進まないのはいかがなものかと思います。

オリンパス元会長の下山敏郎さんの言葉です・・

「優秀な人間は議論や分析が先行し、

　それで終わってしまうことが多い。

　行動に移さねば意味がない・・」

何を考えたかではなく、

どれだけ行動したかを重視しなければ、

議論することや分析することで、

自己満足してしまい、

何も行動していない人が多くなる・・

どれだけ行動したかを基準として

考えなくては、成果には結びつかない・・

考えたことと、行動したことの、

バランスはとれているかが大切ですね・・

日本の未来を想像するときはまた違うのでしょうか

幕末の偉人坂本龍馬の言葉があります・・・

「俺は議論はしない、

　議論に勝っても、

　人の生き方は変えられぬ・・」

幕末、欧米列強がアジアの国々の

植民地化を進めているとき、

日本の未来のために立ちあがった志士。

その中心人物のひとり坂本龍馬の言葉・・

だれかの生き方、

考え方を変えるための議論はしないと。

もし議論に勝っても、

日本を変革するための力を得ることが

できないと考えた・・

議論で勝つことよりも

世界という大きな視点のなかで

当時の日本にとってなすべきこと、

そして目指すべき将来の姿を

描いてみせたのでしょう・・

あたらしいものを得るためには

失うものもある。

自分の利益をも失うとき、

ひとは理屈だけでは受け入れられない。

自身の損得勘定を越えて

共感を得るための思想も必要なはず。

それを支えるのが

私心のない考えと行動力。

そのようなひとのまわりには

同じように損得を考えない人々が集結する。

藩の垣根を越え、志で結びつく。

そしてついに明治維新という大改革を成し遂げる。

改革といった大きな問題に限らず、

人々の力を必要とするときに

忘れてはいけないメッセージが含まれている

のではないでしょうか・・・

リーダーの力量が問われていますね・・
