ブログに寄り道して頂き ありがとうございます。
今は多様性の時代と呼ばれて、個人の価値観が
尊重されていますね・・・
尊重されるあまり、昔には想像もできなかったことが
問題視され、敵視され、新しい価値観が生まれて
古い価値観は淘汰されていきます・・
もちろん個人差はありますが、
ひと昔前にくらべると
世代間の価値観の違いが
大きくなっているような気がします・・
ただ、若い世代だけではなく、
もっと上の世代においても
自分の生き方について考える機会が
増えているのではないでしょうか。
元日経連会長土光敏夫さんの言葉です・・
『価値観というものは、時代とともに
変わっていくのが当たり前だ。
それでなきゃ、歴史は生まれない。
仲間のご老体たちが
「このごろは価値観が違って困る」とこぼしているが、
そんなことは当然のことなんです。
僕らの世代だって個人によって価値観は違うのだし、
価値観が一緒になったら、それは独裁国家ですよ・・』
確かに全員が国家元首の号令で「右向け右 」と
指示され行動するのなら怖い状況ですが・・
もっと小さな単位で価値観共有して
同じ方向に行動していくのは美しいと
感じるのはおいらだけでしょうか・・
だから価値観に合わない行動する人を
どう見ればいいのか・・
ピーター・ドラッカーは言っています・・
「価値観に反する仕事は人を堕落させる。
強みすら台無しにする・・」
お金の為、さぼりたい、ラクしたい為
だけでは寂しすぎますね・・
理想は本田宗一郎さんの言葉です・・
「金なんかなくたって、
心が豊かで、
誰にも迷惑をかけずに、
好きなことをやっていけたら、
これが一番幸せな人生なんだろうな・・」
未練が残らない生き方をしたいということ・・
ひとからみればちっぽけなことでも
「これはやったぞ」
「ここまでやれたんだ」
と最後に満足できるものを見つけ
そのために努力をつづけていきたい。
それはお金や安定といった価値観とは
直結しないかもしれません。
でも、ひとは素直に喜びを感じられるものを通じて
自分を見いだすことができると感じています。
価値観のちがい・・
あたりまえのことですが
何に価値をみとめるかは十人十色。
自分が幸せだとおもう生き方が
他人には苦痛となってしまうこともあるでしょう。
相手のことをおもえばおもうほど
その人のためになればと口も出したくなります。
でも、迷いながらも自分の道をさがしているひとに
自分の価値観を押し付けてしまことがないよう
距離をおいて
そっと見守ることが
必要なときもあるはずですね・・
