皆さんは経験はありますか？
人と交流するのが非常に疲れる事が・・
おいらは最近、特に強く感じています・・
実際、他人と会話がなかった日は妙に
身体の調子が良かったりしています・・
人を相手にする仕事なのに、人付き合いが
苦手になっているのでしょうか・・
絵本作家の小泉吉宏さんの言葉です・・
「人づきあいが疲れるって？
自分を演じていない？・・」
周りの目を気にしすぎないように、
自分らしさを出すことで気を楽にしたい・・
いくら繕ってもいつかは無理が生じるし、
その無理が自分らしさをなくしてしまう・・
自分の欠点も受け入れることで、
自然体で人と接していきたいですね・・
またゲーテの言葉があります・・・
「性に合わない人たちとつきあってこそ、
うまくやって行くために自制しなければならないし、
それを通して、
われわれの心の中にある
いろいろ違った側面が刺激されて、
発展し完成するのであって、
やがて、誰とぶつかっても
びくともしないようになるわけだ・・」
何事も経験することが大切ですね・・
そんな中で精神的に疲れてしまう時期が
あるのでしょうね・・
アドラーも言っています・・
『扱いにくい相手とうまく付き合うには、
相手が何とか自分を優秀に見せようとして、
躍起になっていることを念頭に置くこと。
その観点から相手と付き合ってみなさい・・』
おいらは相手から付き合いにくい人間なのだろうか・・
相手もおいらが付き合いにくい人間なのだろうか・・
孔子やソクラテスは今でこそ偉大と言われているが
同時代に生きた人々にとってはどうだったんでしょうか・・
傍若無人かつ無礼極まりない不謹慎な存在だったかも・・
出来もしないことをしようとしている、
身の程知らずや物好き扱いされていたのではないでしょうか・・
なぜ、目の前にいる人間をそう処理すると思うのだろうか・・
それは、『自分の理解の範疇を超えている脅威』と
感じるからである・・
人は、大勢の意見が『黒』でまとまっているとき、
それを覆すように『白』だと主張する人間を煙たがり、
『自分たちの安全を脅かす敵』であると定めてしまう、
かもしれないですね・・・
自分が思いつかないことだから、
『脅威』であり『異端児』だと決めつけてしまう・・
そして、（自分の方こそ正しい規範意識を持っている模範だ）と
言い聞かせ、今日も明日も人生を生きてしまう・・
疲れてしまっている原因が自分のなかにあるのですね・・
無理しないで自然体でいきたいですね・・
